“I took my truck over to Smith's Auto Repair after the dealership diagnosed my truck with needing a new engine that would cost me $10k. That was hard for me to believe when I didn't have a check engine light that came on, just a rattling noise. I went to Smith's for a second opinion, they did a thorough check of my vehicle and did not find what the dealership suggested. Chris and Michael were great in assisting me, they advised me that they are a few things that may be causing my issue and they made the repairs that they felt was the issue and they were correct. My truck is running like new, they correctly diagnosed the problem and I am extremely appreciative of their honesty and there willingness to solve my problem. They are a great team at Smith's Auto Repair!”

“Had issue with oil leak in my van that resulted in a big issue. I called Smith’s after getting multiple suggestions via Facebook. It was Thursday afternoon that I called and made an appointment for Friday morning. Michael was super helpful and straightforward with me. When I described the issue, he seemed confident what it could be and made no promises but said he would definitely look at it but may not get it done same day. I did say with multiple kiddos and various doctors appointments, the sooner the better would help us out. I dropped it off and my wife drove me home. Low and behold, not only did they look at it, they got it fixed at a super reasonable price. I was stranded without a car and Michael personally came and picked me up! I was impressed with their work and how they stayed on top of getting our family van back on the road! Yes they are busy and yes there is a lot of work but when they do good work and an affordable price, it’s natural they need time to look at, order parts and fix your vehicle. I hope I don’t have any issues with my vehicles but if I do, I know where I can take it! Thank you Michael and everyone at Smith’s!”
